Winemaking

Only with Tempranillo grapes from the oldest vineyards we have elaborated this excellent and complex wine. The grape juice is fermented with a long maceration period of 25-30 days. After one year into the tanks the wine is aged in our cave between 18-24 months. Here, the harmonious adjustment between the characters of the wine and the characteristics of oak will take place. After that, it will be bottled and rounded for over a year before reaching the market.

Tasting notes

Colour Deep cherry colour, bright and intense.

Nose Complex and intense with a great harmony between the ripe red fruit notes and notes of long aging (roasted, smoked, roasted ...).

Taste Tasty, sumptuous, velvety in the mouth with an intense structured and enjoyable. Long, delicate and elegant.

Food pairing This wine is particularly recommended for poultry stews, sirloin steak, lamb and veal stews, smoked meat, Iberian ham, fried eggs and aged Manchego cheese.
