The origin of this exceptional grape is not clear at the moment (Persia, Australia...) This wine is only elaborated with grapes from "Finca La Encomienda".
After choosing the best moment of maturation, grapes are picked up by mechanical systems during the cooler hours of the night and their transport never takes more than one hour between the vineyard and he winery.
Once grapes are into the winery they are fermented with their skins at 22ºC temperature.
Tasting notes
Colour Intense, cherry red cardinal colour, with attractive purple tones.
Nose Red fruit notes, intense with aromas of violet, liquorice.
Taste Fleshy, with sweet tannins. Mineral and spice flavour and very intense to the end.
Food pairing This wine is particularly recommended for grilled meats and vegetables, hamburgers and sausages, mature cheese and grilled fish.
